Nob Hill Swim Club, located in the Rolling Acres neighborhood of Ellicott City, MD is owned, maintained and operated by the Rolling Acres Improvement Association. Full membership status gives members unlimited swims during operating hours, reduced fees for swim lessons and access to a host of scheduled events.
