ROLLING ACRES NEIGHBORHOOD

The Rolling Acres Neighborhood and Nob Hill Swim Club are conveniently located approximately one mile west of Route 29 along the Route 40 corridor in Ellicott City, Maryland. The official Rolling Acres Neighborhood encompasses just under 100 single family residences on the following streets (click here to view map):

Arcadia Drive, Dogwood Drive, Frederick Road (between Dogwood Drive and Arcadia Drive), Nanmark Court, Rollingview Court, Westwood Court, and Westwood Drive.

The neighborhood’s open space and swim club are located at 9538 Westwood Drive and are owned, operated and maintained by the Rolling Acres Improvement Association (RAIA) Board.

POOL DIRECTIONS:

From Rt. 40 :

Turn onto Dogwood Drive (left from Westbound – right from Eastbound)
After the first speed hump veer left onto Rollingview Ct.
Travel one block turn left onto Westwood Dr.
Pass by Westwood Ct. (cul-de-sac) on your left
Begin looking on your left for 9538 and a very long blacktop driveway
---If you stay on Westwood past the sharp right bend in the road you have gone too far.

From Frederick Road:

Turn onto Dogwood Drive (right from Westbound – left from Eastbound)
After the third speed hump make a sharp right turn onto Rollingview Ct.
Travel one block turn left onto Westwood Dr.
Pass by Westwood Ct. (cul-de-sac) on your left
Begin looking on your left for 9538 and a very long blacktop driveway
--If you stay on Westwood past the sharp right bend in the road you have gone too far.

POOL HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Thursdays Family Swim Night open til 10:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 11:00am – 8:00pm
