2011 Non-Resident RAIA Membership Rates and Application

Which homes qualify as residents?  Generally, the community is defined as those homes situated within the areas bounded on the north by Rt 40, on the south by Frederick Rd., on the east by Arcadia Dr., and on the west by Dogwood Dr,; including all the homes on Arcadia Dr. and Dogwood Dr., and the homes on the north side of Frederick Rd.  Homes on Route 40 are not included.

2011 RAIA Membership Rates and Application

RAIA has a limited number of Nob Hill Swim Club memberships available every year. Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Full membership status gives members unlimited swims during operating hours and reduced fees for swim lessons. Whether you’re enjoying a picnic on the lawn, eating pizza poolside, relaxing in the sun, or playing a game of volleyball, Nob Hill Swim Club offers a variety of activities for the entire family!

In addition, Nob Hill Swim Club hosts a variety of social events throughout the summer months. In the past these have included: arts and craft, an ice cream social, Family Bingo, Family Swim night, Tween Night, Teen Night and Surf N Turf Night ............ just to name a few!

Nob Hill Swim Club opens in late May and closes for the season in early September. The pool is open 7 days per week during this time. Click here for pool hours.

POOL GUESTS:

Guest fees are $4.00 daily. For additional information on pool guests and pool rules, please click here.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS:

All member families will receive membership cards prior to the opening of the pool season. Members are required to show their i.d. card to the guard at the gate in order to gain entrance to the pool.
